We are responsible for the personal information we collect and hold. To ensure this accountability, we have developed this policy, and trained our personnel about our practices and procedures.

We use your personal information to assist us in better serving you and to include you in any direct marketing activities offered or sponsored by the deCoste Centre. We do not disclose your personal information to any third party to enable them to market their
products and services. We do not otherwise sell, lease, trade, or give your information
to others. Only generalized statistics may be reported or shared. If you no longer wish to receive any promotional information from deCoste Centre, you may contact us and request that you be removed from our mail out or marketing list.

Court issues a subpoena);
2. When you have consented to the disclosure. (The winner of any contest or prize offered or sponsored by the deCoste is deemed to have consented to the release of their name unless the deCoste is specifically instructed otherwise by the recipient);
3. If we engage a third party to provide administrative services to us (for example computer support services) and the third party is bound by our privacy policy; and
4. If the information is already publicly known.

You may request access to any personal information we hold about you. To do so, please submit your request to the deCoste in writing. Your rights to access your personal information are not absolute. If we deny your request for access we shall explain why.
Can I Request Anonymity?
When it is legal and practical, we may offer the opportunity to deal with inquiries without providing your name and other personal information. (For example, the purchase of tickets over the counter for a cash payment).
